Introducing PB&J460BG Formula 1 Chelesic Biodegradable Pin, Bearing and Journal Oil!
We developed our newest oil, PB&J460BG Formula 1 Chelesic Biodegradable Pin, Bearing and Journal OIl for the Cass Scenic Railroad of West Virginia. It has become the primary bearing oil on their Shay locomotives because of its spectacular performance (50% less consumption than the competitive soy based biodegradable oil) and its certified EPA approved biodegradability. It has found wide acceptance at theme parks and other railroads for many different applications. Chelesic Biodegradable lubricants are an important addition to our line of 100% loss lubricants since most of these oils are eventually lost to the environment. Chelesic oils improve lubrication performance while also providing excellent environmental stewardship. These lubricants anchor our new slogan; "outstanding performance with standout biodegradability." See the CHELESIC page for more details. Introducing ASPT6 Formula 1 Chelesic Biodegradable PinTac Grease!
The success of PB&J460BG Formula 1 has led to the development of ASPT6 Formula 1 Chelesic Biodegradable PinTac Grease. ASPT6 Formula 1 is a unique high tack grease that contains no soap thickener. It utilizes a non-toxic, inert mineral earth thickener that is a dry lubricant. Thus, the entire product contains only proven lubricants that promote excellent biodegradability. The base oil is the same type of animal fat used in the highly successful PB&J460BG Formula 1 Pin, Bearing and Journal Oil. PinTac grease quickly develops tough, tenacious films that resist channeling and slinging. It softens with increasing temperature and it is easy to slean excess amounts from machine elements with steam cleaning and citrus based industrial cleaners. See the CHELESIC page for more details.
